Link2Build is a gateway to construction bid opportunities (primarily non-residential) that are aggregated from the local and regional construction associations listed below.
Construction associations have a long history (some pre-date Canada’s 1867 Confederation) of representing and serving the industry.
If you are a business in the non-residential construction market, it is quite likely that you have dealt with a construction association to possibly search for bid opportunities or to purchase standard CCDC contract forms or to find a specialized trade or supplier or to take educational courses.
If you are a BUYER of construction services, especially in the Public sector, you also have likely dealt with associations and their representatives consulting on local market conditions, procurement practices and sharing your project tenders with them knowing that the best way to maximize exposure of your project opportunity (thereby maximizing bid competition) is through the association.
This website is therefore an important new portal supported by a growing body of construction associations dedicated to partnering with BUYERS of construction in all matters related to the construction procurement process.
