TC Energy says it is starting work with the Ministry of Energy and the Ontario Energy Board to establish a potential long-term revenue framework for the project.

The federal government and the City of Burlington have reached an agreement to fast track the construction of more than 600 housing units over the next three years.

The facility, which is located in Scarborough, is being transformed to meet the city’s mandate for net zero emissions.

The Italian pasta manufacturer will build a 61,000-square-foot building in the London Innovation Park.

The new building, which is targeting LEED Gold certification, is located within the Earnscliffe National Historic Site.
