If the current strike by thousands of public sector workers is successful, it could have a domino effect for unionized workers in other industries, labour experts said.

Initial feasibility reports have been developed for several facilities that include hospitals, universities and large commercial redevelopments across Ontario.

Of the 67 determinations rendered during the 2022 fiscal year, 75% were rendered within the 30-day timeline prescribed by the Construction Act.

Construction on the new science centre will begin in 2025 with its opening scheduled for 2028, the science centre said.

The grocery giant plans to open 38 new or relocated stores, and convert or renovate nearly 600 others.
