Province issues two more Ontario Line RFPs

Ontario One Call now empowered to fine for late locates; Enbridge explores a per-locate charge
Ontario One Call now has the regulatory authority to fine utilities for delivering late locates. This comes as Enbridge Gas announced, and then quickly paused, a plan to charge contractors $200 per locate.
