International beverage company Diageo announced plans for a $245 million carbon neutral distillery in Ontario to support the growth ambitions for its Crown Royal Canadian whisky brand.

Infrastructure Ontario and Hamilton Health Sciences have tapped a consortium led by EllisDon to design, build and finance the new West Lincoln Memorial Hospital Redevelopment project.

Ontario elementary students will be taught more hands-on science, technology and engineering skills starting in September as part of a new curriculum unveiled Tuesday.
