Building construction costs up in Q3, but increases are slowing
Statistics Canada’s latest look at the trend shows that residential construction costs increased by 2.5% in the third quarter, while non-residential costs grew by 2.1% percent. Both figures are notably lower than those seen in the second quarter of the year.
