$32M invested in Ottawa affordable housing
The money is being provided through Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation’s Rapid Housing Initiative, and will be used to build more than 100 supportive housing units.
CMH construction work to restart in February
Cambridge Memorial Hospital announced on December 7 that it has entered into a settlement agreement with former builders Bondfield, project lenders Bank of Montreal, Zurich Insurance and Infrastructure Ontario to restart work on the Wing B project using EllisDon as its contractor.
Building construction investment falls in October

New Union Station GO Bus Terminal opens
Under construction for three years, the new 23,000-square foot terminal includes a number of significant enhancements, including indoor waiting spaces and an above-ground link to Scotiabank Arena, the PATH and Union Station.
