PCL team submits RFP response for CAMH Phase 1D project
Infrastructure Ontario has closed the request for proposals (RFP) stage for the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health’s (CAMH) Phase 1D Redevelopment project.
The project includes construction of a new building to replace existing facilities for patients with complex mental illness who have encountered the legal system and additional indoor and outdoor support spaces at the 1001 Queen Street West location in Toronto.
A team led by PCL was the only group prequalified to bid on the project. The team also includes Diamond Schmitt Architects & Architectural Resources and TD Securities.
Infrastructure Ontario and CAMH will evaluate PCL’s proposal and if successful, negotiate the terms for a contract, before the end of the year.
PCL completed work on Phase 1C of the CAMH redevelopment project in 2021.
