Infrastructure Ontario and Oak Valley Health have issued a request for qualifications (RFQ) for teams to deliver the Oak Valley Health - Uxbridge Redevelopment Project.

The project scope of work will see significant upgrades to the facility in Uxbridge. At approximately 140,000 square-feet, the new Uxbridge Hospital site will add more patient beds and expand key services such as ambulatory care and diagnostic imaging. 

The project is being delivered using a Design-Bid-Build model. The architect and engineers of record, under contract to Oak Valley Health, are completing the design documents. This RFQ is to select a contractor to deliver the project based on these designs.

Teams that are shortlisted through this RFQ process will be invited to respond to a request for proposals, which is expected to be published next summer.
