Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and Oak Valley Health have invited five companies to respond to a request for proposals (RFP) to deliver the Oak Valley Health – Uxbridge Redevelopment Project.

The five companies were prequalified based on criteria identified in a request for qualifications process that began in December 2025. Selection criteria included the required construction experience applicable to this project, as well as the financial capacity to deliver a project of this size and complexity.

Prequalified are:

• EBC Inc.
• EllisDon Corporation
• Maystar General Contractors Inc.
• Multiplex Construction Canada Limited
• Pomerleau Inc.

The companies will now begin preparing proposals that detail how they will deliver the project. Once submissions are received, Infrastructure Ontario and Oak Valley Health will evaluate the proposals, select a preferred company, and negotiate a final contract.

The successful company is expected to be announced in spring 2027.
