Kevin Ellerby pled guilty to altering documents that bore a professional engineer’s seal and submitting them to a municipal authority without that engineer’s knowledge or consent.

The investment includes $15 million over two years to help 18 municipalities improve aging and outdated storm and wastewater infrastructure.

Ontario intends to develop a "portable benefits" system for workers who don't have health, dental or vision coverage, with the package intended to move with the individuals if they change jobs.
