Consortia led by EllisDon, PCL and Pomerleau have been invited to respect to a formal request for proposals process to design, build and finance the integrated CHEO facility in Ottawa.

The scope of work calls for construction of a six-kilometre tunnel, work on seven stations, as well as groundworks and utility works to support the rolling stock. Major works will start next year.
