Bird breaks ground on Cambridge OPP detachment
The new detachment will provide approximately 17,000 square feet of space, and replaces the building on Beaverdale Road that was destroyed by fire in 2018. Construction is targeted for completion in 2023.
Construction job vacancies reach record high
Vacancies in the industry rose by 19,900 (+46.7 percent) between the second quarters of 2019 and 2021 to reach 62,600. That figure is the highest on record since Statistics Canada began tracking sectoral data.

First Cobalt awards refinery contract to Metso Outotec
