Canada’s National Housing Strategy is not delivering on expected returns and may require further funding to meet its goals, says a new report from the Parliamentary Budget Officer.

Projects in Ajax, Ottawa and Waterloo Region will share in the funding, with the lion’s share going to developers in Ajax and Ottawa in the form of repayable loans.
