November employment up slightly
A gain of just 62,000 jobs for the month suggests that the summer’s economic rebound is slowing. November’s gain was just 0.3 percent, compared with an average rate of 2.7 percent between May and September.
Toronto police charge man after investigation into noose found at construction site

Windsor permit values retreat in November
Construction permit values dropped in Windsor in November, in part due to a much-reduced performance in the city’s government and institutional sector. Total permit values last month were about one-third of those issued in November 2019.
