Pre-pandemic economic levels at least a year away
The latest economic analysis from financial services provider Central 1 suggests that Ontario’s economy won’t return to pre-pandemic levels before the middle of 2022, as the initial surge in summer restart activity stalls through the end of 2020.
Windsor permit values inch ahead of 2019 pace
