The vegan fast-food chain has secured a parcel of land in a London industrial plant where it intends to build a 50,000-square foot manufacturing facility for its plant-based proteins and dairy-free sauces.

The City’s Executive Council will be asked to consider plans to advance the development of three key public-realm projects: Bathurst Quay, a Rail Corridor Master Plan and the redesign of University Avenue.

The increase was largely due to growth of 7.0 percent in the non-residential sector, while the value of permits issued in the residential sector dropped 0.1 percent.

The money will go to support the Climate Resilient Built Environment initiative and the Standards to Support Resilience in Infrastructure Program.
