Statistics Canada reports the level of investment at $20.9 billion – almost exactly the same as reported at the end of September. Ontario reported nearly all of the gains.

RFQ released for QEW Garden City Skyway bridge twinning project
The project scope of work calls for the construction of a four-lane, 2.2-kilometre twin bridge to the north of the existing bridge, connecting St. Catharines and Niagara-on-the-Lake.
PCL launches solar division
The company performed $1.1 billion worth of work on solar projects in 2021 alone. Its new spin-off business will be run out of Toronto, with offices in the United States and Australia.
