Fedeli — formally known as the minister of economic development, job creation and trade, but informally dubbed Ontario's chief salesperson — flew to 20 countries this year seeking to strengthen ties and forge new ones. 

The residential sector declined 0.8%, while the non-residential sector increased by 0.2%. Year over year, investment in building construction grew 5.7%.

National construction employment metrics declined in November, with losses in the labour force exceeding those in employment over the past 12 months.

The project also earned the publication’s Global Best Projects Award in the Education/Research category.

The project will develop a guide for Red Seal bricklayers to create and implement a green training program.
